The terms, privacy practices, and software notices for Phasis — the Agents, Adept, World API, and Workspace services operated by Suasiv Inc. Last updated July 5, 2026.
By creating a Phasis account, minting an API key, or using any Phasis service, you agree to these terms. If you use Phasis for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” means that organization.
Phasis provides hosted agents that execute work in managed cloud sandboxes, a world-aware inference endpoint (Adept), programmatic access to Phasis world intelligence (the World API), and the Workspace console. Some capabilities activate per account — for example, agent execution activates per account while abuse controls roll out. We may enable, gate, or stage features per account and may change or discontinue any part of the services, with reasonable notice of material changes. Beta features (including Assemblage) are provided as-is and carry no availability commitment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Account owners may invite members and are responsible for managing their access. API keys authenticate calls to Phasis; keep them secret, and rotate or revoke compromised keys. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend keys to protect the platform.
Do not use the services to break the law or the rights of others; to probe or circumvent security, quotas, rate limits, or access controls; to run malicious code, mine cryptocurrency, attack third parties, or exfiltrate data you are not authorized to access; to resell or sublicense the services except as expressly permitted; to build a competing world-intelligence dataset by systematic scraping or bulk extraction of Phasis outputs; or to misrepresent Phasis outputs as more authoritative, complete, or verified than they are. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Phasis Agents execute code and tools in managed cloud sandboxes provided through a third-party sandbox provider (see the software notices and privacy subprocessor list). You are responsible for the code, prompts, tools, and instructions you cause an agent to run. We may impose resource, time, spend, egress, and concurrency limits, and may terminate runs that exceed limits or threaten platform integrity.
Paid plans and usage pricing follow the published Phasis rate card: Agents $500/account (includes 1 user) + $99/additional user plus non-rollover usage credits; Workspace $99/seat; Adept and World API priced per the published matrix. At initial launch, billing is disabled — usage is metered and recorded but nothing is charged, and we will give notice before charging begins. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card data. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
“Customer Content” means the prompts, inputs, files, code, evaluation data, configurations, and outputs you submit to or generate through the services. You retain your rights in it. We process it only to provide, secure, and operate the services for you. Customer Content is private to your tenant: there is a one-directional boundary between your private tenant data and shared Phasis world content, so your traces, prompts, answers, files, evaluations, and private deltas do not become shared world content by default. We do not use Customer Content to train shared or third-party models except with your explicit opt-in or direction.
The services, the Phasis world intelligence, software, and documentation are owned by Suasiv or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services. World API outputs may be used in your own agents, apps, and workflows subject to the acceptable-use terms above.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Phasis world intelligence and model outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date — you are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 where no fees were paid. You will indemnify Suasiv against claims arising from your Customer Content or your use of the services in violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. We may suspend immediately to protect the platform, other customers, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the services ends, and export and deletion follow the privacy practices below. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms are as set out in the applicable order or by counsel for your jurisdiction.
