Account Deletion

To request account deletion, email support@phasis.ai from the account owner email address.

1. Include the account name or account ID.
2. Tell us whether the request is for the user profile, the account, or both.
3. Confirm whether active subscriptions should be cancelled first.

Billing records, security logs, and legally required operational records may be retained according to the final approved retention policy.
