Launch legal review required
These customer-facing legal surfaces are staged for the Phasis app-boundary rollout and are not final legal approval. Public customer launch must wait for counsel approval of hosted-app, privacy, billing, support, and third-party software notice obligations.
Data handled by Phasis
The staged external surface may process identity, account, membership, billing, support, API-key metadata, quota, and usage information needed to operate Phasis accounts and the public API.
Billing processors
Payment details are handled by Stripe. Phasis should store billing identifiers, invoice state, subscription status, and usage projections rather than raw payment card data.
Security and support
Support requests, security reports, and account-management actions may create operational logs used to investigate abuse, protect accounts, and respond to customer requests.
Legal review
A final privacy policy must be approved before public launch, including data retention, subprocessors, support handling, security contact, and regional rights language.
